Stress is the ever burgeoning malaise of the 21st Century and its deleterious consequences are affecting profitability in the workplace, happiness in family units and the well being of societies.

  • Understand how their mental process creates their stress
  • How the stress affects their life and their health
  • Understand that stress is only signalling an imbalance at one of the 4 levels of existence
  • Acquire strategies at the physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual levels of their life to manage their stress productively by transforming it.
