Programme: 12 weekly modules.
Group coaching sessions held after every 2 modules. Participants discuss and formulate practical strategies for current challenges and situations.
Each participant receives a TriMetrix report which measures:
- How they respond to problems and challenges.
- How they influence others to their point of view.
- How they respond to the pace of the environment.
- How they respond to rules and procedures set by others.
- The factors that drive them to make specific decisions.
- The Leadership Competencies they have developed and how to make use of those to improve their efficiency and impact as a leader.
- Their Business Acumen (How they analyze and interpret their experiences so they can develop strategies to meet the demands of their environment).
