Self Leadership

A two day programme providing participants the opportunity to look at their life, change their routine and add new dimension to their thinking and behaviour.


Participants will learn how to access 'The Gap', improve their level of emotional intelligence and understand the mind, spirit, body connection; the essence of all human experience.


Through the 'Wheel of Life', they will also measure and address the 8 critical parts of their life to provide them with a meaningful and well balanced human journey.
